Standard delivery in Yerevan is FREE and made within 1-2 working days.

There is also express delivery within 1 working day, which costs 1,000 AMD.

When receiving the product, please open the box and check a jewelry quality in the presence of the sender.

Delivery to the regions of the Republic of Armenia is carried out through "Haypost" service and the price list is defined by "Haypost". Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia to foreign countries is carried out through "Haypost" service and the price list is again defined by "Haypost".

Please note that your package may be subject of taxing or other customs and duties in your country. These payments are beyond our control or forecast, so we are not responsible for them.

 

Only items purchased directly from www.kara.am store can be exchanged.

The consumer has the right to return or replace the product with another product of another size, color within 14 days from the date of delivery, if the product is not suitable for color, size or other reasons can not be used by the consumer.

The product is replaced or returned if it has not been used, its product type, consumer features, seals, product labels are preserved, as well as the fact of payment, evidence of purchasing the product from us.
